For many, dinner at Rukaland’s wilderness restaurant is the most delicious part of the day. Here, you’ll be able to enjoy flavour experiences conjured up by top chefs, with fresh and pure ingredients from the Nordic nature on the centre stage. The Sami artefacts decorating the hut, and dozens of lit candles in the hut will make the gourmet experience more mystical. While you eat, you may even hear the howling of the tundra wind and the hollow echo of the shaman drum.
